Parcel delivery schedule

Children should receive one parcel every month for six months, from May through to October.
Depending on local authority/school storage capacity, we deliver either one or two months' supply of parcels at a time. The local authority coordinator or school member of staff will then distribute the parcels to the children they have enrolled.
The parcels for your cohort will arrive in these easily identifiable Letterbox-branded boxes.
We will email you with details of the expected delivery date. As the volume of parcels is so high, the dispatch continues over several days. If you do not receive your parcels, please get in touch with Steve Rusbridge.
