Children should receive one parcel every month for six months, from May to October.
Depending on your storage capacity, we will deliver either one or two months' supply of parcels at a time.
Parcels will be delivered to your local authority or school and the identified member of staff will then personalise the parcels and distribute them to participating children. Personalisation will involve:
- Inserting the child's name to the template letters we supply for each parcel
- Addressing each parcel to the child at their current home address
- Posting or distributing the parcels
Please note that the Letterbox Club team does not hold recipient details or addresses and therefore cannot deliver parcels directly to participating children.
The parcels for your cohort will arrive in these easily identifiable Letterbox-branded boxes.
